Paul J. Eberharter is a licensed architect in Washington State and holds NCARB registration that allows licensure in other US states. His experience in architectural design ranges from small to large residential projects, multifamily assisted living centers for seniors, commercial buildings, churches and urban design.

He is a graduate of the University of Washington with Bachelor of Arts and Master of Architecture degrees.

Paul truly enjoys the process of design and welcomes design challenges as an exciting part of his practice. He has a deep understanding and respect for the architectural process, having started as a designer/builder while he was attending the University of Washington.

He worked his way through school by designing and building residential and remodel projects with his company, All Wood Construction. Years of construction experience have given him a wealth of knowledge about the construction trades and detailing buildings.

Paul’s apprenticeship years included working for the award-winning Seattle firm of Mithun Partners and The Johnston Associates on Bainbridge Island. Paul’s work with Mithun included developer housing and custom houses for a Japanese residential development. While with The Johnston Associates he helped develop a series of Alzheimer’s and Assisted Care Living Centers as well as Retirement Centers in the Puget Sound and Pacific Northwest regions. Work included taking projects from schematic design through construction documents.

As a staff architect for Reijnen Construction Company he was involved in a broad range of project types and services and was invaluable in providing experience in remodeling, renovation and design of large custom residences.

Recent experience includes school design in Maine, Auto Dealership buildings in New Hampshire and a cathedral church renovation project in Boston.
